His career includes extensive experience at prestigious hotel establishments such as The Landmark Hotel and The Langham Hotel in London, and Encantado Resort in New Mexico, USA. His expertise also spans overseeing large-scale events such as Paris Olympic Games 2024 as Hospitality Manager, curating personalized guest journeys, and leading high-performing teams.

Crystal Phuong is an experienced professional with over 17 years of expertise spanning sales, digital marketing, advertising, and hospitality technology. Crystal has helped numerous hotels optimize their operations through innovative technology solutions. As an investor of Amazia Group, she provides strategic advice and guidance, leveraging her experience in sales, marketing, advertising and hospitality. Crystal is an aspiring public speaker with a passion for communication. She has been invited to speak at various industry events and conferences, sharing her insights on hospitality technology, digital marketing, and the future of customer experience.

Delia is a seasoned agricultural expert in the agricultural industry. Delia has worked with many big corporations, focusing on the production, marketing, and distribution of rice, coffee, pepper, and other agricultural products. She has extensive experience in expanding export markets across Asia, Europe, and North America, and in developing sustainable business strategies. Delia has collaborated with international organizations like FAO, GIZ, SNV, JICA, and holds expertise in certifications such as GlobalGAP and USDA-NOP Organic. As a Director at Amazia Group based in Hanoi, she oversees the import and export of agricultural products from Vietnam to Singapore and other countries.
